FattyLiverLifestyle（以下简称"本应用"）是一款脂肪肝生活方式记录工具。本应用不收集、不上传、不共享任何用户数据。
所有数据（行为记录、腰围、偏好设置）仅保存在你的设备本地（iOS UserDefaults），不经过任何服务器。
本应用不需要注册、不需要登录、不需要提供任何个人信息。
本应用不发起任何网络请求。知识库和场景建议内容全部内置，不从远程加载。
本应用不集成任何分析、广告、崩溃报告或第三方追踪 SDK。
如果你主动开启了情境提醒，通知由 iOS 系统本地调度，不经过远程推送服务器。默认全部关闭。
你可以在"我的"页面清空所有本地记录，或直接卸载应用。卸载后数据完全消失，无法恢复。
本应用仅用于生活方式选择与记录，不做诊断或用药建议。如有健康问题，请咨询医生。

FattyLiverLifestyle is a fatty liver lifestyle tracking tool. This app does not collect, upload, or share any user data.
All data (behavior records, waist measurements, preferences) is stored locally on your device only (iOS UserDefaults), with no server involved.
This app does not require registration, login, or any personal information.
This app makes no network requests. All knowledge base and scenario content is built-in.
This app does not integrate any analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or third-party tracking SDKs.
If you enable reminders, notifications are scheduled locally by iOS — no remote push servers are used. All notifications are off by default.
You can clear all local records from the "Me" tab, or simply uninstall the app. Data is permanently gone after uninstall and cannot be recovered.
This app is for lifestyle choices and tracking only — not for diagnosis or medication advice. Consult a doctor for health concerns.

FattyLiverLifestyle es una herramienta de registro de estilo de vida para hígado graso. Esta app no recopila, sube ni comparte ningún dato del usuario.
Todos los datos (registros de hábitos, medidas de cintura, preferencias) se almacenan solo localmente en tu dispositivo (iOS UserDefaults), sin servidor involucrado.
Esta app no requiere registro, inicio de sesión ni ninguna información personal.
Esta app no realiza solicitudes de red. Todo el contenido de la base de conocimiento y escenarios está integrado.
Esta app no integra ningún SDK de analíticas, publicidad, reportes de errores o rastreo de terceros.
Si activas los recordatorios, las notificaciones se programan localmente por iOS — no se usan servidores de push remotos. Todas las notificaciones están desactivadas por defecto.
Puedes borrar todos los registros locales desde la pestaña "Perfil", o simplemente desinstalar la app. Los datos desaparecen permanentemente tras desinstalar.
